If there was a way to zero stars, I would glady do it. If you want to have your property under appraised, deal with someone who has a air of arrogance and spends 10-15 mins tops then please hire Grover Appraisal Service. On my refinance he came out about 35k lower than a different appraiser that we used within about 2weeks. I remember him knocking on my door and when i greeted him, he spoke to me as if he was doing a big favor and I was wasting his time.
