Dr rai is an amazing doctor and very attentive to mine and my family’s needs
Dr. Rei is awesome. Very professional, respectful and always gives great advice. However the front desk staff don't always follow up. I wasn't informed by the front desk that they had booked me to see another doctor for a referral. I had a feeling that I needed to contact the other clinic to confirm that my appointment was indeed scheduled. Appointments with Dr. Brar are always delayed — sometimes you have to wait a month just to be seen. On top of that, the receptionist is unprofessional and does not know how to speak politely with patients. Very frustrating experience. 🤮
