Our rental was great. Mona was awesome
I booked a property and paid upfront. It was immediately canceled due to covid 19 and I received an email saying I wouldn't be refunded I would just get a credit for next time. I tried to email telling them I needed a refund not a credit and the email wouldn't go through. I've tried calling customer service 4 times. I was on hold for an hour and they picked up and hung up on me. Then I was on hold for two hours and had to give up. Redicullous . Why let me book if the property is not available?
