I bought a house from City Venture at Grove Village and by far this is the worst built home I have ever bought. I would not recommend buying a home from this builder. The worse part is I am still under warranty and it takes months for them to fix things. The HVAC system is too small to properly hear and cool the larger single family homes. The homes are overpriced for the cheap upgrades that they are offering and the craftsmanship is horrible. They just start working on the side of my house without letting me know and I’ve b... read more
