I bought a house from city ventures and it's the worst built home. They are not very well made with cheap craftmanship and products. My house didn't even come with insulation ! A lot of issues ranging from electrical, hvac, flooring, plumbing. And they aren't quick to respond for repairs. No transparency or urgency. It's been almost 2 years now and my flooring is still not repaired.

I bought a house from City Venture at Grove Village and by far this is the worst built home I have ever bought. I would not recommend buying a home from this builder. The worse part is I am still under warranty and it takes months for them to fix things. The HVAC system is too small to properly hear and cool the larger single family homes. The homes are overpriced for the cheap upgrades that they are offering and the craftsmanship is horrible.
