Can’t praise it highly enough. This was an emergency visit to attend to my dogs’ eye. Initially assessed by a lovely and capable vet Elena(?), she understood Fenella was in pain & didn’t persist with unnecessary examination. Richard, the operating vet, was similarly lovely with a v frightened dog, explaining everything clearly & simply. Visited vet with 14 year old Jack Russell who had developed a limp. Got appointment really quickly and was seen by Richard, a vet who I had seen many times
The Receptionists, Nurses and Vets are really nice and welcoming. Mark has treated my pugs for a number of years. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals. Best vet practice in Ballymena
