This place is a two minute drive from my house, so I thought I'd give them a chance. My cold shower valve was dripping, so I removed the cartridge and headed to Grove's counter. The old cartridge had no brand-marks but the cartridge had a fairly faint number on the rim. The counter guys couldn't be bothered to help identify it. "We don't carry those." If you’re planning to do any work for this company, think twice. I completed a gutter repair for them two months ago and still haven’t been paid. The building owner was calling and texting me twice a day before the job, but as soon as I finished the work, he stopped responding and refuses to answer the phone. It’s unacceptable that a company supplying materials to service providers can’t even pay for services themselves. I do not recommend working with this company.
