Had an issue with plumbing installation and had to go get a diverter to fix the issue. Started at lansdale Ferguson and the 2 guys (I don’t know their names) were so helpful dumbing it down for me so i could understand. They found the part I needed in New Britain store so they called and asked them to hold it for me. I went to New Britain store where it was waiting for me, so fast and home I went. This place is a two minute drive from my house, so I thought I'd give them a chance. My cold shower valve was dripping, so I removed the cartridge and headed to Grove's counter. The old cartridge had no brand-marks but the cartridge had a fairly faint number on the rim. The counter guys couldn't be bothered to help identify it. "We don't carry those."
