This place was amazing when we first started going and as time has went on the receptionists get ignorant and mouthy on the phone, it takes weeks to get an update on scans, I waited almost six months for a referral but gave up and looked for a doctor myself, they never call the right parent listed on paperwork, and lord knows they do have some great people working there but they also have some of the worst.
Trying to get a hold of these people is nearly impossible. I've called 4 times this morning and their message says they are busy and to try again later! Unbelievable.
I see Misty Corbin when she was out of the office I was seeing Dr M.....I didn't feel he listened I wanted misty back so bad. Well my boyfriend still was going to Dr M but I need him switch I don't trust him. He messed up paper work for over a month. My child goes to this office as well and was seeing Dr Itani he is a good Dr. The behavior health is ok. Labs were nice and quick.
The front desk staff is very friendly. The nurse is very slow at returning patient calls. Dr. Mutetwa needs to go back to med school and learn how to have a decent bedside manor as well as his nurse. I went to th ER last Sunday and then went Monday for a follow up. I told the Dr I wpuld be finding a new Dr. He admitted that he was very afraid to prescribe my migraine medication that I have been taking fir many yrs with never an issue. I've been bring both of my children here since my son was born. Back when it was DR. Ali and Berg this place was ok for pediatrics. But once they left I noticed any concerns with my children being dismissed like nothing. I've had multiple problems with the dental area between appointments made prior magically not being in the system anymore on the day of my appointment (even written on my card), ignoring concerns as babies/young toddler age and after they get older and the dentist realizes there are actual problems acts like... read more
