Brought in my 2024 Toyota Sequoia after taking it to the shop the insurance company preferred just so they could take a look and see what it would take to correct what that other shop did wrong. Hands down, I wish I came here first. This shop easily has the best customer service and is so willing to help fix a problem they didn’t create. It’s unfortunate insurance pushes people to use a hack for a body shop. Grove Street has earned my business and I’ll absolutely refer everyone here. Thank you!
Excellent shop. Very high quality work and fair prices even if you're paying cash. Worth waiting to get onto their schedule. Estimates are quick and they do them a few days a week without an appointment. Far better experience here than the larger corporate shops.
I was there for an insurance claim and they were honest with me, and kind.
People were very nice
Awesome customer service, clear communication and the work was top notch, looked brand new. Pretty easy to understand why they are a AAA preferred partner. Bonus points came from returning the car squeaky clean.
