Talking to current and old tenants there are numerous issues. A few of the more serious physical issues are black mold in the bottom apartments because the complex appears to be built on a cement flat and the other is cockroaches. The management is not friendly and have requirements that seem to be a violation of tenants rights requiring license plate numbers of all visitors no matter who it is. This is a non gated community!!
