I adore this spa. I've always have had a great experience and wonderful massages. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the service is excellent. I think the atmosphere and cleanliness of the spa is great. I love that they offer complementary beverages including wine, tea, coffee, etc. I like to go to this location and sometimes use the pool or hot tub at the hotel before or after a treatment.
