We were on the road and had an issue with our rig. We contacted Grove to see if they could squeeze us in. They suggested to call back and speak with Michael when we were in town. What a fantastic experience. Michael gave us extensive help over the phone. Contacted the manufacturer for assistance. He was not able to resolve our issue in the time frame we had available, which was unfortunate. He could not have done more to try and help us though. I wish he was running out dealers service department. Thanks Grove !
If there was an option to leave zero stars I would. We will never return to Grove Rv for any repairs or bodywork or anything else. We paid them to do an inspection and recommend repairs required on our new to us class A motorhome. We trusted them to do a good job with the repairs required. It was suggested we bring the coach in for repair asap as it was a quiet time of year. We took the coach to them in mid March, anticipating a one month repair timeline. Wow..Great Experience! Make it your first stop when shopping for an RV! We are so glad we made that choice! Our sales guy Brad was so pleasant to deal with.
