Simply the best!!! This is our second time buying from Grove RV and guaranteed it will not be our last! Nothing but the best in product quality and customer service. Fantastic, friendly and welcoming staff from sales to service to parts. A special shout out goes to Rem, you feel like you’ve been a friend for years, to Micheal who taught us everything and more than what we need to know about our unit, to Jason whose efficiency is top notch. If we could give more stars we would!
Amber in parts is outstanding. I have not bought an RV here but anytime I’ve been in for parts it seems like it’s full of good people.

We had a great experience at this dealership. The salesman named Brad was very knowledgeable about the different features of the units. (Something that a lot of other sales staff at other dealerships don’t seem to be able to pull off). But something that is even more important to me was he made my young daughter feel special while we were shopping. She has gone on and on about”Brad who is a grandpa” ever since. I am really impressed with the service at Grove RV. I was recently there to get help locating a skylight (upper windshield) for my motorhome and the parts department and in particular Amber did a great job locating one and providing great personal service in ordering it and syncing with the glass install. I really don't feel like just a number but rather like a happy welcomed customer. I'll certainly keep going back to Grove RV for parts, service and sales.
