The psychologists here are generally quite good however, the receptionist is rude and can be quite demeaning in her communication. She has been passive aggressive towards me and spoken to me poorly, even hanging up on me after she refused to accept my apology for arriving 5 mins late to an appointment. I rang to organise an appointment and reception was not accommodating and unprofessional. After speaking to her, I decided not to attend the practice.
