Well I think if you are renting a trilor out if they would do a check on the renters like the manager of the park it would be a lot more of a Nicer place to live with your kids growing up but now with a few owners out here who will charge you 600.00 or more out of each room of the trailers that they own and charge you what ever your power is or what ever u should agree on and will cut u off anytime they won't to well is what I be been told but I have seen people pay the rent and be told to leave on a day after paying rent an... read more
