Great service. Great information.
Used this company through a home warranty service. I got scheduled 2 business days after I called for the claim. Repair window was 9a-11a, Doug was here at 9:15 and gone by 10. He had the spring in his truck so he was done very quickly. Could not ask for a better experience. Edit to add: used this company WITHOUT home warranty again. They answered the phone 1 min to close when I expected to leave a message and arrived on site the next day. Appointment time was 1p-3p and Doug arrived at 1:05. Very unhappy with the service and response from the owner Doug. Doug installed a new garage door opener for me in 2018. We have had chronic problems with the opener working intermittently since the install. It flashes error messages that the sensors or wiring are causing the alert and not allowing the door to close. In fairness to Grove, Doug has come out multiple times at no charge to try to resolve the issue but never found a cause. Doug came out quickly (the day after a late afternoon call), quickly diagnosed my problem, and got a new opener installed quickly, too. He was very kind and easy to work with. I'm super pleased with the work he did and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks!
