We purchased a new electric furnace and air conditioner last year from them. We started having trouble with it last summer. We called them and told them it was making a loud noise and shaking. He said he knew right where we were at and he would come out to check it out. He never showed up. I called again and no one called back. Turns out the fan inside the furnace blower came apart.
