Terry's very nice. That's the best I can say about them. I specifically wanted to refi my house to keep the loan from being bought by the govt. I went through the process (the daughter;s a bit pushy), and interest rate was almost 1% above what we discussed. Still went on with it. After the loan was closed and I made my first payment, 2 weeks later my loan was sold to Fannie Mae. We are military and used VA loans and financing, this man is knowledgeable, straight forward, wonderful, understanding, and just great to work with!
