Terry's very nice. That's the best I can say about them. I specifically wanted to refi my house to keep the loan from being bought by the govt. I went through the process (the daughter;s a bit pushy), and interest rate was almost 1% above what we discussed. Still went on with it. After the loan was closed and I made my first payment, 2 weeks later my loan was sold to Fannie Mae.
