I think Grove Medical Practice is an outstanding doctor's surgery. I love that I can make/cancel appointments, order repeat medications online. The text reminders about appointments are fantastic. Important to note that when I have had to phone the surgery, staff have been polite, friendly, sympathetic and helpful. As the first point of contact, they are a credit to the surgery. I just wanted to share how exceptional Grove Medical Practice have been. Honestly can't fault them. Doctors and staff are so lovely and beyond helpful. They definitely go the extra mile always and are so understanding. Dr Brannick and Liz have been especially outstanding for me. Personally I have a complex medical history and they have taken the time to listen carefully to me and take my health seriously. Such a caring bunch of people. It's a pleasure to be a patient at this practice.
