This company charges you for three pieces when their components come in one package with one sku number. When I went back to say they charged me for too many pieces, the only explanation was that's the way the insurance companies want it billed even though it wasn't covered by insurance because I hadn't met my deductible. Why do doctors and medical charge twice what you can get on Amazon? I wouldnt recommend this company and I won't purchase from them ever again. I'll buy online!
I understand that circumstances beyond your control may require you to adjust the days you are open for business, but maybe you could let the general public know by adjusting your online business listing! 😡 I drove 25 miles (one way) specifically to purchase medical devices to find your doors locked. Considering gas prices, I'm not pleased to say the least. Maintain your Google listing!!
Ive gone through Grove Medical for c-pap supplies for over 5 years. They have always been very friendly and professional. Truly a joy to work with.
I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but they've definitely earned one. I've had problems with them from the very first moment, I've continued and continued to give them the benefit of the doubt (for about 6 months now), but I am completely fed up with this company. Bought a wedge pillow from them, didn’t use it just tried it out. Was too tall for me and asked about returning item ,but was informed that it was not returnable. Not pleased. So check first before you buy.
