I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but they've definitely earned one. I've had problems with them from the very first moment, I've continued and continued to give them the benefit of the doubt (for about 6 months now), but I am completely fed up with this company. Every time I call the store I am told one thing (that my order is ready or will be in by the end of the week) and when I arrive I am told something COMPLETELY different! Bought a wedge pillow from them, didn’t use it just tried it out. Was too tall for me and asked about returning item ,but was informed that it was not returnable. Not pleased. So check first before you buy.

My sister and I went in to look for an item for our mom to use after surgery. Not only did they help us locate the needed item, but informed us that her insurance would cover it. They proceeded to get the required prescription and called us when it was ready. All of this when they had less than an hour before closing. Friendly and professional.
