Ernie was awesome, honest and delivered awesome boat
I'm very appreciative of Xpress boats and Jordan of Grand Lake Toons. I had weld issues with my Back Track trailer and was several months out of warranty. Contacted Jordan and he made special arrangements with Xpress to cover the repair work under warranty at the factory. He handled the transporting of the trailer to and from the factory and I picked up the trailer from Toons yesterday. Thanks to Jordan and Xpress boats.
Great experience with the whole team!! Would buy with them again!!!!
Blake was very helpful this afternoon with great customer service at the Grove, Oklahoma location! Wish more businesses had this type of employee. They would learn a lot from Blake!
