Our family was very disappointed in Grove Home Medical. The Assisted Living facility where our mom resides contacted Grove for a wheelchair for her to use. We have been dealing with the issue of the wheelchair for about four months now. The wheelchair had faulty brakes from the moment the chair was delivered.
