Great customer service! The team arrived on time and explained exactly what they were doing. Checked all the units to make sure they were installed properly and working correctly. In and out within 5 hours replacing air conditioning unit/furnace and hot water heater! Thank you and I will definitely recommend and continue to use Grove Heating And Cooling Company! Jim and his team came out to replace our furnace and central air. Our furnace was over 10 years old and needed to be replaced before winter, our a/c wasn't as old, but we felt we should have both replaced at the same time. There was no pressure from Jim to replace it when he came out to give us a quote. They did the install quickly and neatly, even though they encountered some trouble due to previous poorly done installation of our air.

James came out to fix an issue with my water heater. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. He fixed my water heater in a short amount of time and left the area clean.A happy customer here.

Had an issue where my heat would constantly stay on even when I had the thermostat turned off, Charles from Grove Heating And Cooling Co came out, diagnosed the issue and found a loose wire in the attic and repaired it. Great company and employees. Would recommend to any future task.
