Frustrated doesn’t even come close! We moved to Broughty Ferry 6 months ago and decided to join Grove practice. Worst decision ever. They have a procedure to make an appointment by having to call between 8-9am where you should hopefully acquire a same day or advance booked appointment. Well, very best of luck with this as I have now been trying for 5 months. 230 calls in 20 minutes to get told there is no appointments. Most doctors now have an online form system or email as well as the phones. Totally old fashioned and unprofessional.
Appointments always gone by 0810. Reception staff rude and unhelpful. Answering calls as quickly and safely as possible. Didn't realise answering a phone required a hard hat and high vis vest. What exactly is safety risk they are at threat of answering the phone.
