This review is given after speaking to the office manager. The most unprofessional and unethical dental experience I’ve ever had. Jenna arrived late, rushed through my chart, ignored my history, and was rude and dismissive from the start. She forced multiple X-rays with no explanation, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. Nadia and Dr. Rosen were wonderful with our 14 y/o son! Nadia explained everything that would be happening and Dr. Rosen ensured his pain was well controlled. Our son was pleased as well.
