I’d stay far away from this company. They have incredibly horrible attitudes, slow response, and don’t know how to get properties ready for rental. I had a lease signed with deposit paid for a “luxury loft”, on move in day the property was not ready. It reeked of dog urine from last owner and they only tried to mask the smell with air fresheners, that didn’t work. The sliding door screens were torn, didn’t close properly, and one fell off when sliding. Light bulbs were missing, vent fans didn’t work in the bathrooms, the car... read more
