The rare gym that actually deserves six stars. All four coaches (Jake, Shannon, Nicki, and Dillon) are experienced, encouraging, and explain the day’s workout clearly/help you improve throughout the session. Strong culture of community, commitment to showing up daily, and challenging yourself no matter your fitness level or goals (daily workouts are tiered/modified). This gym is family
GCSF has been amazing. It's clean, and everyone is super friendly. I went to a Saturday morning workout and the partner workout we did was challenging and fun. Definitely a nice place to check out.
Joined CrossFit after years in a regular gym and it complements & fills gaps in my own training nicely. I love it, great atmosphere, programming, and members.
