Just horrible. First did the check-in online and when I said that they said that doesn't matter because it doesn't do anything for their computers. Then why do you have online if it doesn't do anything. Second we were sitting in triage watching every nurse and doctor walk by just looking at us. Then their food arrived. I get it everyone needs to eat but not family sit down style. We did not see anyone so we just left and noone even noticed. Hope they are not still looking for us. Wouldn’t take my injured cat to GC ER. To be understaffed is one thing, that happens and they can’t help that. What gets me was the incompetence of the ER doctor. Last year I had suffered a miscarriage and the doctor looks me dead in the eyes, with no empathy and says “I have no idea what to do for you.” I know he couldn’t fix what was happening. DONT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. Just look through the other reviews to understand more. Rude staff, waited forever and the waiting room was empty. Please spare yourself and get help at another hospital.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Went in suffering from a cardiac episode and tachycardia, the staff couldn’t have handled it better. Every doctor, nurse, and staff member listened exceptionally (this has not been my experience at other hospitals in the past) and eased my worries in any way they could. From the ER staff to the acute care staff, they were all fantastic. Kind, compassionate, patient, humorous… truly exceptional. I could not recommend a better hospital.
