Great friendly services everytime
Fish selection could be better and healthier
updating my review as i went back despite my reservations. the employee working the small animal section was very kind and knowledgeable (advocating for adopting social species in pairs to another customer) and even let me pick out my own small friends after asking to clarify if they were pets or feeders. the last time i went, i was just handed a box of random mice. nothing in the store’s care or presentation of their animals had change, but the employee deserves all the praise - i’m so sorry i didn’t get their name!
I am currently talking to someone who bought a rat from you guys. You sold her a pregnant rat. That’s the first thing you did wrong!! The SECOND thing you did wrong was sell her a rat that was PREGNANT WITH WILD RATS. Yeah that’s right wild rats. Now she has 12 rats that are wild and she can’t adopt them out or anything. It is your responsibility to make sure people are being sold rats pregnant with wild rats. Absolutely horrid. Expect the stew to stir because it’s stirring.
It's the go to place now for crickets for my daughters lizards...
