DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place has stressed me out way too much since I moved in here. We are forced to pay an insane amount for water trash and sewage. The ground is disgusting with trash. The grass hardly gets mowed. There is a HUGE roach problem, I try to get sprayed every week but haven’t had much luck with that since they decided to just not show up and then mark my service request as complete. DO NOT MOVE HERE We moved here at the end of November. The management company we had at the beginning was amazing 🤩 but they changed management in December and I has been nothing but problems ever since. My stove top will not stay off and comes on at random and they won’t come fix it or replace the stove I have a toddler so this is a rather big issue. These apartments should be shut down it's absolutely gross noises in walls from critters and roaches everywhere. I am a super clean person and it's sad they collect rent yet ignore problems with property. The state needs to definitely get involved there have been multiple landlords up charges. Etc I have never been late on my rent nothing but paying rent to a property that isn't even livable this should be a crime. Trash all over playground areas it's disgusting!!!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! When my fiance and I first moved in which is June of 2023 the management team they had was absolutely AMAZING! And then the ones after that too which I only remember mimi or mini. I only bring those two up because they actually were attentive and made sure we all were taken care of like management should do. But the management we have now? DO NOT MOVE HERE. They moved us into an apartment with a dead smoke alarm, doors not completely on hinges, bathroom tiles cracked and coming up, and we’ve been trying to get our oven fixed or replaced for over 3 months with no resolution. THERE ARE ROACHES LIVING IN THE OVEN SCREEN and no one has come to look at it. The complex is far from quiet, with full on yelling fights happening outside after 11 pm regularly.
