Changing my opinion quickly. The warranty sucks. They don't care about you if things go wrong. I've been out of hot water for 24 hours, and it's more than likely going into tomorrow if I'm lucky enough to get a call back. Shoddy trades, shoddy building. The studs on my exterior kitchen walls are 4ft apart!!!
