They were patient with me and they serviced as soon as they could without “breaking the bank”.
Based on all the other reviews Grovatt Mechanical obviously does good work. However, my experience in trying to contract them was very poor. I contacted Jeremy on March 31st to set up a checkup and then maintenance schedule. He called me back and said he would call me the following week. That week, he called and said he wanted to wait until it was warmer. Today, at least 10 business days later I texted asking if he was ever going to get back to me. So stoked to meet Jeremy, this guy was awesome to talk with showed up on time . Informative and professional for sure. Gave me a great idea on what we could do to my system. Would definitely recommend Jeremy for HVAC work.
