We tried to clean our tile grout after three years and failed to get it cleaned so we reached out to Groutsmith of NW Florida. We were able to get a quote for the work to be done for three full bathrooms including shower and had some tile work and a tube re-caulked. Leah came out and performed the work and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the grout and floors looked. The floors and bathrooms/shower/tub all looked brand new. Leah did an excellent job cleaning, grouting, and sealing our shower. Leah is a valuable asset to your company. She is professional, knowledgeable, and a hard worker. Leah left the shower and work area spotless. Just an excellent overall experience. I will recommend and use Groutsmith again in the future.
They destroyed the grout in my bathroom. I never had issues with mold or mildew in my bathroom until after they came out and basically sealed mold in my bathroom and there’s no way to fix it. I used the products that they instructed to clean the tile and still nothing helps. They came out to fix it and it happened again but even worse.
