Started from the beginning when Alex came to inspect the floor. He understood what I wanted repaired and quoted a fair price to meet my expectations. The guys arrived on time and worked all day. All three were meticulous and I am very happy with the results.
Techs showed up on time and worked to finish the tile replacements and repairs in the estimated time. They cleaned areas as work was being completed, so we were happy with that. The work looked good and we were happy with the outcome.
Alex and his team worked literal magic on our tile floors! We recently moved into this house and the floors were so dirty, even after multiple rounds of scrubbing and mopping. There were areas where grout was missing and some tiles that were loose. Alex’s team came in and cleaned the floors and grout, repaired the areas where the grout was missing, injected the hollow the tiles, and color sealed with a color that matched the tiles much better.
