So, they dont really clean grout...they put a color sealant over the dirt. They "cleaned" my floor in about 15 minutes with a chemical and a rotating scrubber that doesnt even touch the grout. Next step was to apply a sealant. I asked if it was "clean" already and got a yes. I showed them to the door.
