We hired Groutsmith of Central Florida for tile replace, grout work, caulk and clean of two bathroom and shower stalls in our Winter Park home. Mike Capri and Mike Mahoney just completed the work and the results are outstanding! Our 25 year old tile surfaces look good as new! My wife Laurie and I highly recommend the Groutsmith team for your tile restoration work. Just call their friendly scheduler Michelle and she will get your inspection and work appointments set! I had such a pleasant experience using the Groutsmith a couple of years ago that I called on them again for a different property. Everything went so smoothly starting with setting the appointment, receiving the estimate from Ron. Mike C. arrived at the designated time and did a beautiful job cleaning the tiles and sealing the grout on 3 floors and regrouting and caulking 2 shower areas. He was professional, skilled, and personable. I am very grateful to have these areas looking so clean and refreshed!
Thanks to the Groutsmith guys for a job well done, again! About 8 years ago they cleaned, recolored, and sealed the tiled area in our home - about 1200 square foot. This time tile was tenting in a busy area leading to the kitchen. Ron came and checked out the area and described in detail the issue and how it would be solved. We contracted with him for fixing the tenting and, also, recoloring and sealing the grout in the kitchen, family room, and 3 bathrooms.
