Excellent experience from start to finish. Ray showed up on time, was incredibly polite, and handled everything with true professionalism. Really impressed with the service.
Guys just did 4 showers and a backsplash for me. Looks excellent. Price was good and the gentleman that did the work were very professional. Came out and did the estimate yesterday and the work today which was also great
WOW! Ray and Arliss did great job. Friendly and professional. Wife says "Floors look like new again" and I agree. IMHO this is the only way to clean floor and seal the grout. They fixed the cracked grout lines and used a colorized sealer throughout. All grout lines look like new after 8 years of pets, grandchildren, spills in kitchen, boys missing the pot, and red paint spill by front door. Awesome. Showers are next.
We had a great experience having our grout cleaned and sealed. The technician, Mike C. was pleasant, professional, went above and beyond, and did a great job. Our floors and shower look brand new. Ron, who quoted the job, was also professional and easy to deal with. He even threw in a little tile repair work for free.
Called Groutsmith for a free estimate for tented tiles after the hard freeze. Referred by Angi . Very reasonable estimate given. Mike C. came out to repair the tiles. Mike replaced 3 broken tiles, rebounded and regrouted tiles. Clean and neat. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional tile smithing done. Extremely happy with Mike C’s quality of work. Stuck to original estimate as well, no hidden costs. We will be using Groutsmith again to clean and seal tiles .
