This is my second review since I. Was lied to in my first I was told they would come to my home and correct the HORRIBLE job done in my kitchen No one came and I was spoken to VERY rudely by the so called owner who didn’t reveal his name to me DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DiD CHECK THE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY!!!!
Groutsmiths was recommended by our realtor. What a find! Outstanding work. 90% of our 12-year-old house is tile and it now looks like new. Fair price, great people and excellent communication.
I had my kitchen and dinning room worked on and I am extremely disappointed with the results.They said my tiles would be regrouted but it’s not true The color is washed out and dull and it looks like they covered my grout with chalk I threw away my money and would never ever. Use them again Now I will have to have the tiles regrouted again .i give this company a 0 score DONT make the same mistake I did by using Groutsmith
