I had my kitchen and dinning room worked on and I am extremely disappointed with the results.They said my tiles would be regrouted but it’s not true The color is washed out and dull and it looks like they covered my grout with chalk I threw away my money and would never ever. Use them again Now I will have to have the tiles regrouted again .i give this company a 0 score DONT make the same mistake I did by using Groutsmith

Crew showed up on time, were very professional and did a super job. They have done my floors and showers.
I paid Groutsmith Oviedo $795 to fix my stained grout problem in my master bathroom shower. Looked great after it was done. They came out next day after I called them which was impressive Within two months of the job completion the stains started to reappear. I called them and asked for a remedy based on their advertised warranty. The response I received was “we will get back to you when we have availability. We had a wonderful experience and results using groutsmith- from getting the estimate from a gentleman that was very impressive in explaining their process and even showing an example on our tile- from there the workers were very efficient, polite and even on time! We highly recommend their services! 10 stars!!
