tile restoration: While I was impressed with the original work, which was Stripping and Grout Restoration, caulk removal, regrout as necessary, grout tint, recaulk, preservation-one in both of our ADA showers, we had a return trip to "touch-up" grout lines that looked like peeling paint and were promised the work came with a 1 year warranty/guarantee and any "touch-ups" necessary within a year would be completed.
