Bob did a fantastic job fixing some hairline cracks in the grout in my shower. He was able to color match the repair to look like the cracks were never there . He also sealed the shower to help protect it from any future damage. Thanks again Bob.
After 23 years, our beautiful tiled shower started picking up turquoise blue stains on the tiled floor and walls. I kept trying to get them off but I was unable to make it look right. The stains looked imbedded in the tiles and looked permanent. I found out that our water had turned acidic and was leaching copper from the plumbing pipes. Bob was great! We needed a grout repair in several places in our bathroom shower. He responded quickly as opposed to other people we reached out to that have still not called us back. He kept his appointment, and was on time. He respected our home, was polite, and cleaned up after himself. We love that he gave us a little education on how to properly clean and protect the work he did. His price was reasonable. Not too cheap, not over the top expensive. He’s worth every penny. Bobby did a fantastic job cleaning and refurbishing the grout in a VERY outdated bathroom. We had a bit of a hiccup where some grout residue ended up in my toilet, preventing it from properly functioning the next day. I alerted Bobby about the issue and he came over immediately to rectify the situation. Overall, a very thorough job, reasonable pricing, and I'd recommend him for anyone who needs bathroom work done.
