Jeremy is professional and polite. Knows exactly what he's doing and is upfront with all the details. Patiently responded to all my queries. Regrouted and resealed 2 large showers for a very reasonable cost and did just what was needed without any fuss. Jeremy did a fantastic job of coating our external/internal tiles with SWISS GRIP, anti-slip coating. He was easy to deal with from start to finish. No fuss, showed up on time, explained everything in plain terms, and just quietly got it done. Inside, the coating’s barely noticeable visually, but it definitely adds a bit of extra safety underfoot, which we appreciate. After my wife's fall two years ago resulting in a broken arm and shoulder reconstruction plus both of us well into retirement , safety in and around the house became our top priority.
