Alexander was exceptional. He provided great contact and follow up throughout the process. The crew ,(Michael) did an outstanding job transforming my tile floors. They look better than I expected! I would highly recommend Groutsmith!
good work and took time to explain maintenance needed going forward to keep the clean look. before and after like night and day
Read all the great reviews and was eager to try to get an estimate and walk thru. I called the number listed on their Google page, and someone answered. I said, "Hello, is this the GroutSmith of South Florida?" and the person on the other side of the phone immediately hung up on me. I even double-checked the number 4 times to make sure I dialed correctly. Same number on their website and Google page. Not a great first impression. And honestly, it left a bad taste in my mouth.
Gerard at Groutsmith gave me better service than I was expecting. What a friendly professional and master at his work. Located in Dania Beach but Gerard services all of Broward County cause he came to my home in Pompano Beach. Ten out of ten.
I recently hired Groutsmith of South Florida to clean my tile floors and I’m really happy with the results. Their team showed up on time, explained the process, and did a great job. The floors look much cleaner and brighter, and the whole space feels new. I’d definitely recommend Groutsmith of South Florida to anyone looking for a grout cleaning company in South Florida.
