Subsequent to a poor result in my master bathroom, mediocre smeared work on my tile floors, and a damaged metal strip in my master shower, I requested a copy of my work order which did not match the work quoted in my estimate. Please note that it took them 13 days to provide the work order. While my estimate indicated to remove and replace the caulk at the base of my shower, the work order indicated replace silicone caulk at the shower door.
