Ron did an outstanding job with grout cleaning and repair in my home. He was professional, punctual, and thorough in his work. Watching him do the job looked like an artist immersed in his art. Had the owner out to quote a project, he came looked at the project and said he would have to think about how he was going to do it. He took a picture of the project and said he would provide a quote in a day. It’s been two weeks and nothing a word back from them. I would not recommend them.
I had a fantastic experience with Grout Lines USA! Ron and his wife Connie were both incredibly professional, punctual, and friendly throughout the entire process. Connie made scheduling easy and convenient, and Ron did outstanding work. He repaired some floor tiles and completely redid the caulking in my bathtub, making sure everything was sealed properly to prevent any leaks. Excellent work!!! Ron repaired some caulk and grout issues we had in our shower and bath bowl counter area. He also recaulked/sealed around the kitchen sink. He is very meticulous and even grouted some areas in the shower that we had not noticed needed repairing. Those additional areas were not included on his proposal, but he did NOT charge us for the repair of them. After he left, we noticed some caulk residue on the bath and kitchen counters that we were unable to remove. We called the office and within 1/2 hour he return... read more
