We had the grout in our kitchen and a bathroom cleaned and colour sealed, it looks awesome, like a brand new floor was installed. Communication was excellent, would highly recommend Grout Expectations.
Taylor did a fantastic job effectively and efficiently cleaning the grout on the floor and walls of our shower. He was professional, well organized and worked cleanly - I would absolutely recommend his services.
Taylor is very professional both in explaining the work and doing it. He provided a detailed quote of the work to be done and how he would do it after listening to what I wanted. He provided a choice of two ways to proceed and did not push for the higher price, even suggesting that it was not necessary. He regrouted one bathroom and then repaired the floor in the kitchen, entrance hall and the second bathroom.
