Our title company had submitted a 2009 permit which hadn't been finalized and our lender would not fund us buying it until it was cleared up, and we did have a closing date set and had a great deal of stress trying to close on this. The electrician found two corrections needed in the code, took care to make them, coordinated the end of escrow with the building department and we were able to close escrow on our original date w/o losing a day at all… WHEW!!… Utter relief for our entire family.
