Talked to Shawn and he said he would be over in a hour for estimate. He texted me a hour later saying he was on way and gps said 40 minutes ETA. After another hour I texted and called. No response. I text him to forget it. Terrible potential customer service!
Great company!! Our grout and tile look like new again!
We were in need of getting our tile and grout professionally cleaned and sealed. We got 3 different estimates before hiring a company which we do with any project we have done. We ended up going with Grout Blasters and are very happy with the service and finished results! Shawn the owner was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns we had. Him and his helper worked very hard and it shows. The floors look like new again. Definitely would recommend this company!!
We hired Shawn to re-grout out master shower grout and are very pleased with the outcome of his work. He worked with us in a timely matter and got the shower done as promised. We would recommend him and his company to anyone in need of his services!
