Completely useless, you pay for coverage for them to have an endless amount of excuses to not cover anything besides a basic cleaning. It never fails, insurance is a scam. Better without it.

Terrible Insurance company, they refused to pay my child's dental bill, coverage for lip and tongue tie is for children OVER 1 years of age. What child needs their lip and tongue ties corrected AFTER 1 years old, my child is having difficulty eating NOW, its not something that can wait until they are one years old. The most horrible company I have ever dealt with. The company in almost all cases refuses to pay. And after submitting bank statements they always find a reason to refuse to pay you. I had an experience with dental treatment. Which they did not cover for my child. and there was an experience when an ambulance came to me. Which I also paid for and the company refused to pay me. Too much to pay every month for nothing, the most horrible company.
I have group source through work and they are the worst, if you are on medication for Depression or diabetes they won’t cover, I had to fight to get dental for my daughter they worst cover her because she’s on medication for depression and they won’t cover my husband due to a med for diabetes-
