The most horrible company I have ever dealt with. The company in almost all cases refuses to pay. And after submitting bank statements they always find a reason to refuse to pay you. I had an experience with dental treatment. Which they did not cover for my child. and there was an experience when an ambulance came to me. Which I also paid for and the company refused to pay me. Too much to pay every month for nothing, the most horrible company.
I have group source through work and they are the worst, if you are on medication for Depression or diabetes they won’t cover, I had to fight to get dental for my daughter they worst cover her because she’s on medication for depression and they won’t cover my husband due to a med for diabetes-
Never had an issue with direct pay with previous provider (close to 40 years!!) but as soon as employer switched to GroupSource glasses, routine dental work and eventually even prescriptions wouldn’t go through. We had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket and quite a process to get reimbursed. Although some reports indicate an improvement in customer service we have NOT found this to be the case!!!
Waste of time & money. Doesnt offer the same benefits other companies do. Happens all the time.
Group Source always finds some reason or detail on the bills to avoid reimbursing insurance claims.
