This is a company that always tries to deny your claims and there aren't many things covered by their policy.The refund amount is very minimal compared to competitors This is not a good choice of insurance company because all claims are denied the coverage amount is too low and they always look for a way to deny our claims

I had a terrible experience with GroupSource regarding my claim. Before using service, I confirmed in writing via chat and phone with their agent that my procedure codes were covered. The agent even called the clinic to assist with the claim submission. Despite this clear confirmation, my claim was later denied without a valid reason. This company has made it extremely hard to cancel my policy after changing jobs. Their phone service to talk to someone about this goes to a voicemail for someone named Valerie. After finally getting someone from tech support they said they would forward my response on and someone would contact me in a day. A week later I finally got a response and they said they would email me within the next hour. It's now been 3 days I have gotten nothing and still can't reach anyone by phone.
