The staff, counselors, and doctors listen without judgment, and seem to genuinely have empathy and care for their members. Groups is about the best thing that's happened to me in my adult life. The mental freedom I currently have is due mostly to groups. The staff are all friendly, they answer calls after hours & in general make you feel welcome from the start.
