At first I was nervous about joining groups im not a real social person I have a counselor that I speak to every week , so far im enjoying my sessions and I realized that everyone in my group are going through the same thing as I am and want to succeed in stopping singing its a very enjoyable, easy process, I love the fact. I can not say enough about groups and the awesome people who work with me toward my goal of sobriety and getting my life on track. I never thought when I first joined that it would make such a huge impact on my life but it truly has! Reach out to them if you need anything at all. They will be there for you!
