it was a good program but now it’s impossible to get through to anyone i’ve had to go without meds several times like now i had death in family so i had to miss group so i’ve called for a make up group and can’t get a call back or anything so here im out of meds yet again.
Well, I can I can start by saying that I did not like group therapy in the past. I was in a different program in another state, and I would only do individual therapy. Just the thought of talking about myself and my recovery made me very uncomfortable. So when I first came upon Groups Recover Together, I really didn’t think I would stay very long. Groups Recover Together has saved my life the tools I needed to help with my recovery. I look forward to every Monday morning as my meetings starts it's a family for me being able to talk about things and know there's no judgement. It's really my safe place. I would most definitely ask anyone that is ready to start a recovery journey with the most helpful staff to try Groups Recover Together.... It's my family. It's my life..
