They have no communication between ANYBODY who works there. One person tells me I’m getting meds every Tuesday I go to get my med they put a hold on my meds till Thursday so now I have to go two days without meds. These people don’t care they just there for a paycheck.
It hard to talk to the emergency line or whatever they call it whenever you have a problem. Anytime someone picks up the phone the send you to someone else and you always end up getting a answering machine
I was very impressed with each of the people I spoke with during the onboarding process..I had been clean 8yrs then circumstances,life threw some curve balls and sadly I went back to my old ways for close to 1 yr. Now reached out to Groups again. Praying they give me another chance eventhough my actions were irresponsible and disrespectful to all that were helping me...mostly I'm disappointed in myself.
