Honestly, I feel that Groups saved my life. I had tried other treatment centers… and not one of them grabbed my soul like my counselor JEFF RANCOURT (who’s no longer with Groups) did. I attribute my recovery of getting CLEAN finally to HIM. He pushed me when I was resisting and picked me up when I fell. He called me and cried with me when I lost my beloved Son 3 years ago… he truly was heaven sent to me… and today I am clean and life seems bright and worth living. The horrible amount of incompetence and inconsistency is shocking. Can’t get anyone to call you back EVER. the customer service phone line is useless. They obviously have internal issues because it’s a new doctor or counselor every other week. The local corner dealer is more reliable. RUNNNNN
