Groups was a critical support system that helped during and after my brother overdosed from fentanyl a few years ago. I am grateful and attend regularly in order to not only stay sober, but strategize on ways for me to learn how to live my life moving forward. Every week we focus and discuss our goals and share with each other tips on how to approach and make good decisions. Thank you.

Groups has really helped me. I look forward to our once a week group meetings. The counselors are so generous and understanding. I have been with groups for 3 yrs and have had 4 different counselors and each one I have enjoyed. They really care and work with you as long as you're willing to stop the bad habits and be honest with them.
I wasn’t in the best place and without groups, I wouldn’t be where I am today!!! They listen to each and every one of us, they are patient and compassionate, helpful and I look forward to my group every week and like the people that is in there with me!! Thank you groups!!!
