I was very reluctant when I began. About 2 months later maybe 3 months I got in trouble bc I was missing my weekly too much and/or missing the make-up that I SPECIFICALLY picked the time. Then, I had to give this my full attention or I would be stuck going back to another mental health facility that doesn't have too good of a rating with me. Easy to join. You don't have to be in the throes of withdrawal, crawling up their steps. Doesn't matter if you're taking drugs, right now. If you have an opiate addiction and want help, just call them. You are never punished in their programs. If you relapse, just be honest. The only things they expect of you is filling out the occasional box in their app, taking a weekly urinalysis (which you do not have to pass) and joining a virtual session through their app, also weekly, which utilizes Zoom. Groups has assisted tremendously with my recovery. Robyn and Ashley from the Wabash office go out of their way to make the road to recovery as smooth as possible. Personally, I look forward to Thursday morning. Without the help of Groups Recover Together I don't know if I would be where I am.
They got me in very fast to see the Dr and immediately got my medication started that day thanks to them
