I've been a member of groups now for over 3+ years. It has helped me so much its hard to even explain in writing. I continue to attend because it's the base of my recovery. Being able to learn new things every week and speak with other people that have become friends of mine helps a ton. I'd recommend to anyone who wants to try and fix their lives.
